Offshore Manufacturing

In 2000 the Stadium Electronics production capacity was expanded in response to high volume product requirements with the purchase of an additional facility in Asia.

Stadium Asia, a wholly owned Stadium Group operation comprises of a design and commercial centre in Hong Kong and a 15,000m² production facility in the Guangdong Province of China.

Facilities

Significant product design and production engineering teams support the manufacturing capability in China which includes automatic PCB electronics assembly, switch mode power supplies, component manufacture, lead assemblies, plastic injection tools and mouldings, screen and pad printing, class 10K clean room, final product assembly, test and global logistics.

Quality

Stadium Asia operates to UL ISO 9000:2001, ISO14001, CE, SEMKO and is fully compliant with ROHS and WEEE. TS16949 approval for the supply of automotive assemblies and medical approval to ISO13485 for the manufacture of medical devices are also in place.
