Stadium Electronics provides Electronic Manufacturing Services ("EMS") to OEM's, offering a range of facilities from design to full box build delivery. We have developed proven methods to provide our customers access to robust processes and systems , and to offer flexible, customer specific solutions.
Design capabilities
Design is the key to the success of any project - and Stadium Electronics' expertise covers the whole process, from product design based on customer concept through to the re-engineering of existing assemblies to ensure their cost effectiveness.
Manufacturing and procurement services
We have manufacturing facilities at Hartlepool (UK) and Guangdong (China). Main line assembly facilities at both sites include automatic conventional and SMD printed circuit population, line dedicated flow solder and whole product assembly and test. Our operation in China is supported by in-house component manufacture of coils, transformers, lead assemblies, plastic injection mould tools and mouldings.
Both sites offer a global component procurement service, with an established vendor base throughout Europe and the Far East.
Collaboration between Stadium Electronics (UK) and Stadium Asia
Our people in the UK work closely with Stadium Asia to ensure cost effective manufacturing solutions on high volume product. In this way, design & engineering, logistics, quality and customer service can be managed from the UK, whilst part or all manufacturing functions can be managed on a cost effective basis within our China plant.
